The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for preparing and reporting on office purchases, reimbursements and travel arrangements, coordinating in-house and external ISG events and meetings, coordinating parking requests, managing ISG website maintenance and listserv updates, providing support to the ISG Student Academic Advisor in the areas of scheduling and course support, maintaining inventory and filing systems, addressing any and all queries and facility needs, and general “front-office” support in the absence of the student employee.
