Sharon Newman, director of the musical “Songs for the Second Half, has served as an audition coach, acting teacher, and talent manager for senior clients for over 25 years. She has taught performance classes through Los Angeles Unified School District’s Program for Older Adults, has a long history of teaching young people and adults for many professional acting programs in California. She is preparing to teach a reader’s theatre workshop for active and memory impaired adults.
