The Society and Genetics Undergraduate Organization student group was established in an effort to connect the undergraduate community with the Institute for Society and Genetics at UCLA. We hope to increase student involvement in the many activities and events of the Institute, while planning a few of our own, tailored specifically to undergraduates. Our organization also plans to provide a space for meaningful debate and discussion concerning the interactions of science and society.
