The Fall 2025 application cycle is now live for the Human Biology & Society (B.A. & B.S.). Any student meeting the eligibility requirements outlined below are encouraged to apply.
Please note that Class of 2028 will be applying to the Spring 2026 cycle.

New transfer students are welcome to apply to the Human Biology and Society (B.A.) major. Continuing juniors (i.e., Class of 2027) with exceptional circumstances may apply but will need to fill out Part 6 of the Application (i.e., the Petition for Exception Section).
Students who applied in the past and were denied admission cannot re-apply.

New transfer students who got accepted to UCLA as a life science major listed below may apply to the Human Biology and Society (B.S.) major. New transfer students who got into UCLA with a major not listed below may NOT apply to the B.S. major.
