Event Details

What do labels do? From nutrition labels on food to debates about GMO labeling to restaurant menus and beyond, labels are part of an information infrastructure that guides how consumers, producers, regulators and others govern our food and our behavior.  This workshop will bring together scholars at work on different aspects of labeling, from conventional regulatory issues to “guerilla” labeling to the lack of labels.
